 It's a shame anybody ever needs support, but we're going to try to take all the headache out of getting it. All we ask is one thing: We run our own show, meaning we personally handle all of our own support issues...and even we need some sleep. We won't ignore any request, but give us 24-48 hours (two business days) to get back to you.
